Booking a class
A booking is confirmed once you complete registration and, where a class is paid, once payment is received. You will receive a booking reference.
Joining a class
Joining details are sent to the email address you give us. Please check your spam folder if you do not see them, and contact us if anything is missing.
Your conduct
Our classes are welcoming spaces. We ask everyone to be respectful. We may remove anyone who behaves abusively, without refund.
Our materials
Class slides, handouts and resources are for your personal use. Please do not resell or republish them.
Changes by us
If we must move or cancel a class, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer another date or a full refund.
Limits
We teach how to use AI tools; we do not provide legal, medical or financial advice, and AI tools can make mistakes. Always check important information.
Third-party tools
Tools we recommend are run by other companies under their own terms and prices.
